Awareness Journey to Corporate Values at Yeşim Group
Yeşim Group successfully completed the ‘Values Awareness Events’, which was initiated in September, focusing on a particular corporate value each month. This journey, which started with the value of ‘Our Priority is Sustainability’, continued with the values of ‘We Walk Hand in Hand with Our Customers’, ‘We Work with a Passion for Performance’ and ‘We Succeed Together’, and offered an unforgettable awareness process for Group's employees and business partners.
During the four-month event programme:
1 Sustainability Festival,
8 Workshops,
4 Interview,
4 Knowledge Contest,
Four competitions which are Running, Rowing, Photography and Painting were organised.
Within the scope of the events, Yeşim Group aimed to increase the participation of its employees and to integrate its values into the corporate culture even more strongly.
One of the most remarkable points of the event series was the 7th Our Strength is Our Equality Summit, which was organised with the participation of representatives of the business world. At the summit, where Yeşim Group also took part, the issue of ‘Equal pay for equal work’ was discussed and an important awareness was raised on gender equality and sustainable development.
Yeşim Group crowned the event process with a special music prepared with the ‘Values Anthem’ composed with the support of artificial intelligence. The company conveyed its thanks to all its employees who contributed to the activities and embraced its values.
