Students' support to the "Ecollectiv" project

Young people supported the "Ecollectiv" project carried out by Yeşim Group in cooperation with Uludağ Soroptimist Club at Karapınar Women's Education and Entrepreneurship Center. Approximately 100 students who participated in the "Stars of the Future" camp in Bursa Uludağ within the scope of the Access Project carried out in partnership with the Turkish Education Association and the US Embassy in Ankara volunteered in this project that supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The students contributed to the women of Karapınar to produce various products by separating Yeşim's surplus fabrics. In this way, both women's employment was supported and sustainability was contributed with products made from waste fabrics.

The program started with the speeches of Yeşim Group Corporate Communications Chief Gizem İskeçeli and Karapınar Women's Education and Entrepreneurship Center President Emine Enginçayır Kök. The students were thanked for their contributions and were presented with Ecollectiv branded handmade bags and wristbands.
