“We Shape Our Values with Our Creativity” Workshop
In October, Yeşim Group organized a workshop, which consisting of employees from diferent departments from Yeşim, in collaboration with BenMaker at Yeşim Academy by focusing on the value of “We Walk Hand in Hand with Our Customers”. The 40 employees who participated in the event had the opportunity to explore the customer-oriented culture in depth and improve their hand skills. In the opening speech of the workshop, Corporate Communications Director Dilek Cesur emphasized how this value can be sustained in business processes and explained the importance of the value provided to customers in the daily business life of employees.
At the event, Yüksel Çetin, Vice Chairperson at Board of Directors of BenMaker, and Trainer Ömer Çetin shared the story of the creation of the brand and informed the participants about the work they will do during the event. At the end of the workshop, Yeşim Group emphasized that it reinforced its commitment to professional development to strengthen its customer-oriented culture and announced that these kinds of training and development activities will continue.
