Bursa Metropolitan Municipality visited Yeşim Group
Yeşim Group hosted important names from Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and Bursa City Council within the scope of its perspective on social responsibility projects, its activities for women's employment and women's economic empowerment, and especially the “Ecollectiv” project it has implemented in this field. The visit was attended by Seden Bozbey, the wife of the Mayor of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality; Pınar Işıkyıldız, Deputy Mayor of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and Head of Foreign Affairs Department; and Elvan Atay Özkan, Bursa City Council Secretary General. The delegation met with Dilek Cesur, Corporate Communications Director of Yeşim Group, Meltem Bilmiş, Vice President of Uludağ Soroptimist Club, Ebru Yüksel, Director of Yıldırım Municipality Women and Family Services, and Emine Enginçayır, President of Karapınar Women's Cooperative; and received information about the project's contributions to sustainability and women's employment.
The delegation also visited the Yeşim Kindergarten, which has been serving for 36 years. During the visit hosted by Behiç Gülşen, Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development of Yeşim Group, and Hande Kurter, Human Resources Manager, the opportunities offered at the kindergarten were examined on site. Afterwards, Dilek Cesur informed the delegation about the projects that Yeşim Group has been conducting with non-governmental organizations for many years and possible cooperation opportunities between the institutions.
