Yeşim Group Unites for Goodness Towards a Sustainable Future
As part of its annual “Sustainability Month” activities in September, Yeşim Group once again hosted a meaningful gathering. Under the theme “Do a Good Deed, Make a Difference Day,” employees, business partners, and social clubs came together to support the Şükrü Şankaya Scholarship Fund, established in collaboration with the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV).
Throughout the event, donations contributed to the education of young female university students, while participants also visited stands highlighting the social dimension of sustainability. By leaving their fingerprints on the specially prepared “sustainability tree,” they symbolically expressed their commitment to a more livable world.
In her opening remarks, Yeşim Group Corporate Communications Director Dilek Cesur stated: “On the 20th anniversary of our founder Şükrü Şankaya’s passing, we honor his strong commitment to education through the scholarship fund we have established with TEV in his name. These contributions are not just donations but lasting investments in raising strong and independent individuals for the future.”
